Your payment trail should be understandable before you send a rupiah. When you use DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS, we collect the transaction reference, amount, time, sender label when the rail shows it, and the account it is meant to match. We use that data to

confirm wallet credit, trace disputes, and answer privacy requests through support. We also store login timestamps, device type, IP region, cookie choices, and chat messages when they relate to your account. We do not ask for wallet PINs, and you should not share them with us.
